Dear Earth

Began in summer of 2013. A trip to rural parts of India, gave us an opportunity to embrace many cultures as well as vibrant foods. We were also fortunate enough to meet some local organic farmers, and what started as a leisure trip, turned out to be an eye opening experience. We realized that, living in metro cities does provide us with many privileges and comforts, but it also leaves us oblivious about the quality of food we consume everyday.
