Usage: 1. Wet the scrub before use in the bath or shower. Either use alone or after applying a natural cleanser or bathbar. 2. Move in a gentle, circular motion to exfoliate. 3. Allow the scrub to dry after use. After rinsing and drying your skin, follow with Omved Daily Body Moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated, as exfoliation dries the skin. Exfoliating is most effective in the evening as in the morning, your skin can be stiff.
