Letter to Customers

Dear Customer,

Together, we all are facing a truly unexpected situation. The CORONA VIRUS pandemic has changed our lives and lifestyle. It has affected every individual, our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life too. It has been more than two months we are disconnected and now I want to reach out and update you on how we’re managing the situation at Earthen Living.

First, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by this COVID-19 virus; directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare fighters around the globe who are on the front lines working vigorously to care for people in need and second, in Earthen Living as an Ethical company, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.

Slowly we'll be moving towards digital and virtual environments as much as possible. We are postponing all of our in-person Event Promotions, Customer Engagement Activities and turning into a virtual event. From the very beginning Earthen Living is built with the vision of building an Ethical and Sustainable Organic Eco-system where everyone has a role to play. Be it a Customer or Manufacturer or Artisan - all need to ensure we are working together for a better tomorrow and practice a natural lifestyle. Our company was founded on the core values - Honesty, Integrity, Inclusion and Respect and our values are still steadfast and counting to guide everything we do.

All of our employees across both states in Karnataka and West Bengal are strongly encouraged to work from home. Here we would like to ensure that data security has been improved to ensure all possible measures for the safety of every Customer. This shift has been relatively smooth but with a little bit of delay in getting a response as all it takes to ensure we too get used to the new normalcy to run business to minimize the errors in the process.

Starting from 1st August, 2020 we will try to resume all processes to customers, because you are important part of our Earthen Family. When we say we are Ethical and Sustainable company working towards a better tomorrow, we have to ensure we acknowledge our weaknesses and start improving it. We are relatively a small company, small enough to make sure we take care of each and every customer and their reasonable requests.

During this time, we are supporting our communities through philanthropic donations to support our local communities where we live and work. We're also making some of our technology available for our customers and partners to communicate on Earthen Store Platform.
