  • Processing: Terracotta is made from clay. The raw clay needs to be refined before it is made into terracotta pots, tiles or other home decor products. This process involves drying the clay and then screening and filtering it to remove impurities that affect the consistency, colour and other properties of the clay. Once it has been refined, the artisans use the clay to give shape of coffee mugs using the potter’s wheel. It is dried for one or two days and later it is baked for hardening in a kiln which can be a personal property or run by co-operative agencies or can be property of Govt.

  • Wash Instruction: Just use hot water to clean it. Gentle detergents can be used however this coffee mug can absorb detergents for being porous in nature as it is made from clay. Store it in ventilated areas after making it dry with clean cotton cloth. Avoid adding any pressure as this is made from soft clay.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Earthen Living offers a flat rate shipping anywhere in India. It takes 1-2 working days for the order to be dispatched.
